As a customer, you have the option to choose the shipping option that works best for you. The option that you choose and the destination of the order determines the cost of your shipping as well as the length of time it will take to get your order. All shipping times are dependent on product availability.

Payment Options
We accept only Visa, Mastercard or PAYPAL. Customers should note that all prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (Goods and Service Tax only applies for local delivery), You'll be charged according to the prevailing exchange rate on the day that your bank posts the transaction.

Stock Availability
We cannot guarantee that every title offered for sale online would actually be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In a rare case, a title may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any title which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing; we will inform you by email & remove off the title from your order.

Customs Charges
UBS Library Services Pte Ltd does not charge any customs duties on International shipments; however we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are required by law to declare the contents of international packages containing books, music, or video and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.

Order Status/Tracking an Order
You may check the status of your order at any time by signing into your account and clicking on "Personal Orders" located in the left section on the member login menu. Order history will be displayed for you, including purchase date, order number, transaction status, and total price. By clicking on "Order Number," you can see all details for that particular order including the tracking information for shipped orders. This page can also be printed for your records.

Cancel or Modifying an Order
UBSPRESS.com strives to meet customer demands for prompt service and delivery. To facilitate this goal, we process and ship orders throughout the day. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to cancel or modify an order once it has entered the fulfillment process.

We cannot stop delivery once an order has been processed for shipping. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Customs charges will be levied when the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will vary by country. UBSPRESS.com is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

The arrival times shown for International shipping indicate the amount of time it will take for your order to reach your recipient's local postal office. The time it takes to get your order from the local post office to your recipient's address can vary from country to country. Delivery may be delayed by customs/import duties and local postal requirements.
